- President and COO
During the 25+ years that I've been at the Co-op, the thing I have enjoyed the most is the people part; interacting with customers, members and staff on a daily basis. And that interaction is enhanced because our customers and our owners are the same people; we don't have competing priorities like most companies. It's an invigorating basis on which to run a business.

That fundamental nature of the Co-op leads us to seek a lot of feedback from our members/customers. We routinely use surveys, focus groups, sales analysis and talk frequently with student groups and leaders, as well as, our own Directors about what Co-op members want and how we're doing.
But the feedback that's probably most important to us is the direct, one-on-one feedback from our members and customers, like you. So, I invite you to let me know how we're doing in achieving our vision of being a resource of choice and an organization that makes a difference for you. E-mail me what you think. Your opinions about what we're doing right; what we should improve on.
What are your ideas on what the Co-op of the future ought to focus on; what should we do more or less of? What merchandise and services should we add? What should we drop? We'd love to learn what you think. If you'd prefer you can send an email with your comments and ideas.
Thanks, Bill |
