UCHC Computer Program Information

The Notebook Computer & PDA Ownership Requirement

The UConn Health Center's Computer Education Center (CEC)  has once again chosen the UConn Co-op as it's preferred vendor to supply UConn Health Center students with the notebook computers required for use in their programs. Incoming students of both the School of Medicine and the School of Dental Medicine are required to purchase a notebook computer that meets the specifications of their respective schools. You will be receiving a welcome letter from CEC detailing these UCHC Notebook Requirements.

Students entering their third year in the School of Medicine are required to purchase a handheld PDA for use in their coursework. See the recommeded PDA models here: Handheld PDAs These models will be available for purchase at the UConn Health Center Bookstore operated by the UConn Co-op.
